How does the wallet work?Updated a year ago

Your wallet holds a balance available so you we can dispatch your customer orders as soon as they are placed. 

Tip: Ensure you keep a positive balance to avoid delays with orders to your customers.

Entering Your Card Details

You can top your balance by adding your card details in the Billing section.

Enter your card details and click "Connect Card via Stripe" to save your card details in Stripe's secure system.

Topping Up Your Wallet Balance

Your card is now saved. Choose a Payment Amount on the right hand side and click Check Out With Stripe to complete your purchase.

Your account is now topped up, new orders will be automatically processed.

Changing Your Card

Click the Change Card link to remove your saved card details and repeat the above steps to add a new card and fund your balance.
