Cancelling Or Changing An Order
If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact us ASAP on [email protected] with all relevant details.
- If items in the order haven't been produced yet we may be able to cancel your order.
- If the order has not been shipped yet we may be able to change the address before it ships.
Please be advised that if changes are typically able to be made within 24 hours we should be able to do this manually, but it is not guaranteed as the order may have already gone into production.
If a customer contacts you wanting to change the details of their order before it has been shipped or entered production, then please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we will make the adjustments for you.
For changes, generally we recommend placing a new manual manual order in Shopify on behalf of your customer, but we will typically advise this depending on the status of the order.
🚨 PLEASE BE AWARE: If you try to make changes directly to orders yourself from within Shopify these updates will not feed through to our production system as the order has already been generated in our system.
