<p>When uploading new collection/product designs you may receive an upload error: <strong><em>CSRF Token Mismatch.&#xA0;</em></strong></p><h2 id><br></h2><h2 id="this-is-caused-by">This is caused by:</h2><ul><li>Having multiple accounts logged in at the one time.&#xA0;</li><li>Having multiple browsers or tabs open and logged into the POD app at one time.</li></ul><p><br></p><h2 id="you-can-work-around-this-error-by">You can work around this error by:</h2><ul><li><strong>Closing</strong> all tabs running the POD app and reopening a single tab to work in.</li><li><strong>Close</strong> all additional tabs and <strong>reload</strong> the tab running the POD app.&#xA0;</li></ul>
